Refund policy

1) Return Eligibility


Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging (if applicable).

If an item is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.


2) Non-Returnable Items


Personal care items, opened grooming products, custom/bespoke items, and gift cards (if any) may not be returned unless damaged/defective.


3) Refund Process


After we receive and inspect your return, we will approve or reject the refund.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.


4) Return Shipping


The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our mistake (wrong item) or a damaged/defective product.

If the product is damaged/defective, we may provide a prepaid return label.


5) How to Request a Return


Email/Message us with your order number, item name, and reason for return.

We will share return instructions after reviewing your request.
