Refund policy
1) Return Eligibility
• Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging (if applicable).
• If an item is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
2) Non-Returnable Items
• Personal care items, opened grooming products, custom/bespoke items, and gift cards (if any) may not be returned unless damaged/defective.
3) Refund Process
• After we receive and inspect your return, we will approve or reject the refund.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.
4) Return Shipping
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our mistake (wrong item) or a damaged/defective product.
• If the product is damaged/defective, we may provide a prepaid return label.
5) How to Request a Return
• Email/Message us with your order number, item name, and reason for return.
• We will share return instructions after reviewing your request.
